By accessing or using meltmake.com (the "Site"), watching our videos, purchasing products, or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or services.

All content on meltmake.com—including videos, images, text, designs, logos, patterns, and test data—is owned by Melt Make™ or licensed to us. Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Purchased digital products: When you purchase a digital pattern pack or file, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the files. You may create physical parts for personal use but may not resell the digital files or mass-produce parts for commercial sale without a separate commercial license.

YouTube/Rumble/X content: Our videos are for educational and entertainment purposes. You may share links but may not download and re-upload elsewhere.

Physical products: Shipped within 5-10 business days (or as stated at checkout). Shipping times vary. International orders may face customs delays. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to carrier.

Digital products: Delivered instantly via email or download link after payment confirmation.

Lost or damaged shipments: Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with carriers to resolve but are not responsible for carrier errors beyond our control.

AS-IS basis: Products are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Use at your own risk: Cast metal products are handmade. Inspect before use. Do not exceed published load limits. We are not liable for injuries, property damage, or consequential damages resulting from product use.

Not for critical applications: Our products are for hobby, decorative, and light-duty applications only. Not for life-safety, structural, or mission-critical uses (aircraft, medical devices, climbing equipment, etc.).

Marine hardware: Brass/bronze hardware is suitable for marine use but requires regular inspection and maintenance. Not responsible for corrosion or failure due to improper installation or lack of maintenance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Melt Make™ and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, products, or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our videos, articles, and tutorials are for educational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice.

If you submit content to us (materials for projects, project ideas, testimonials, photos), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in our videos, website, and marketing materials. You warrant that you own or have rights to any submitted content.

Products sold via our Etsy shop are subject to Etsy's Terms of Service in addition to these terms. In case of conflict, Etsy's policies govern for Etsy transactions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Melt Make™ from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts. You consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts.

Arbitration: For claims under $10,000, we prefer informal resolution. Contact us first. If unresolved, binding arbitration may be pursued under AAA rules (American Arbitration Association).

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. Review this page periodically.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
