About Melt Make
We turn recycled materials into validated, useful objects—and we show you every step, every temperature, every result.
Our Mission
Melt Make exists to blend oddly-satisfying casting content with practical builds. We believe every metalcasting project should answer the question: "Does it actually work?"
That's why every project ends with Proof or Poof™—where we verify the results. Torque tests for bench dogs. Pull tests for door hardware. Finish checks for decorative pieces. No pretending. Just honest results.

Core Values
Results Over Hype
We show the process, verify the results, and document everything. Pour temps, quality checks, cost breakdowns. Whether it's a load-bearing tool or a decorative piece, we show you what works and what doesn't.
Recycling Matters
Old wheel rims, donated brass, radiator cores—these aren't waste, they're materials with potential. We document every source and transformation. Everything is ethically sourced, traceable, and given new purpose as functional objects.
Safety First, Always
PPE is mandatory. Ventilation is non-negotiable. We show every safety step on-camera and maintain a public Safety & Ethics page. Molten metal is no joke.
No Mass Production
Everything we sell is made in limited batches. Serialized parts, numbered releases, countdown drops. When it's gone, it's gone. This keeps quality high and the community engaged.
Transparent Economics
Every project includes a 20-second "Ledger" segment showing cost-in and estimated cost-out. We're honest about what it costs to make real parts.
Forged in Massachusetts
Melt Make is based in Massachusetts, rooted in Norse heritage and a maker ethos. We run a well-ventilated shop bay with propane foundry, pattern-making tools, and a commitment to teaching hobby metalcasting the right way.
Our content goes live on YouTube, Rumble, and X, our specs and shop live here at meltmake.com, and our serialized hardware is available both here and on Etsy for wider discovery.
Whether you're here to learn, to buy, or just to watch molten metal glow—welcome. 🔥
